Cute property. Location made it easy to get to interstate. Extra amenities like the pool, hot tub, access to pickle ball courts and shuffle board were nice for down time between exploring and dinner. There is plenty of parking right next to the building.

Quiet little get away.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. It was cozy and clean and after playing softball in the heat it was a great place to relax. Very quiet at night, and the beds were super comfortable, which made for a good nights rest. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants daytime recreation, and close to everything. I will definitely try to book this property the next time I’m in St. George.

Very nice accommodations. Excellent communication and response from property owner and manager. Fabulous extracurricular activities for kids. Located in a perfect location. Out of busy hustle and bustle of Dixie, but easy access to stores, mountains, and other places we wanted to go. With definitely stay here again!!!!!

Easy in and out to the locations we visited in/near St George. Recliners were comfortable. Complex quieter than I feared. We used sheets from the closet to drape over the windows to darken the room as it's pretty bright by 5am. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only concern was it got very warm during the night. It would have been better if we could have changed the thermostat to be slightly cooler, but it was locked at 72 degrees. Otherwise, the condo was clean, well taken care of, and we enjoyed it very much.

The property was easily accessible and clean. The 2 bdrms were perfect for a girls hiking trip. Everything a person could possibly want or need was provided. We had a small issue come up it was immediately looked after. I would definitely return and would recommend it to others.

Nice & convenient location

Overall good, had a nice stay everything clean and host was quick to answer any of my questions. The only complaint we have was the discomfort of sleeping during the night due to AC not being cooler than 74 degrees. It was hot especially during this time of year. But we had our bedroom doors open the next night and it was little bit better, as the cooler air was coming from the living room.

Lovely Stay for Family

This condo was perfect for our small family - two parents and baby. We could easily fit a pack n play in the second bedroom and enjoyed the separate space while our son napped and had an early bedtime. The condo is very clean and has plenty of towels, very snuggly blankets, and the essentials for a kitchen. The only downside is the outside lights shine into the bedrooms quite brightly - so we used a pack n play cover and put up tinfoil with painters tape in the main bedroom to block out the light. If you need dark dark to sleep, be sure to make arrangements. We are very happy with our stay!

Plumbling and electrical issues. Property manager defensive, argumentative, dismissal. Dirty walls around heat vents. Owner not responsive at all over issues. Track lighting around heat vents covered in dirt and dust. People might overlook the issues for a short term stay. Residing residents very noisy and smoked even when told not too. Washer and dryer were good, need to update some kitchen frypans, scratched and handles loose
