The cottage was cozy and nice. Joe the host, was very accommodating and friendly and made everything better. It was also very quiet there, which made my stay more enjoyable.

I really enjoyed the cottage. it was clean and comfortable and quiet. The host Joe and wife Lisa were excellent, very prompt and courteous and helping with any needs you may had.

The cabin was adorable! A little difficult to find at first but it was great! The place was very clean, felt private enough for my daughter and I. The bed was comfortable and the AC after a long hot day worked perfectly. I really only have one (very small) nuisance of a complaint. The sprinklers out front are scheduled to go off at 5 am and they are quite noisy when they spray on the bedroom windows. And the bath tub doesn’t plug for a good soak. The house is close to the beaches (maybe 12 minute drive), tons of great places to eat (I went to Sand on the Beach 3 times!) It’s a Little bit of a drive to the Kennedy Space Center but well worth it! Over all, we would stay here again.

The pullout couch bed was pretty much not usable it was very shabby and falling apart when we tried to pull it out, we did not use it once, so that was a bummer and there were also no extra sheets or blankets to put on it anyway so we were forced to get an air mattress. And the AC kept shutting off and the place would heat up to over 85 degrees and then take multiple hours to go back down after turning it back on. The wifi is very wishy washy and goes in and out often (I'm assuming it's because they use extenders). We ended up not really even using it because of that. The place was very clean though and all the appliances work fine. The location is pretty good too. Nearby the beach and close to a lot of good cafes and restaurants. Other than those complaints it was an okay stay.

Thanks for the review. First we heard the pull out was not working and the bedding is in the chest right in front of the pull out couch. This is also in the house manual on the side table. As far as the AC didn’t bother to say anything about that or the Internet for us to attempt to fix so not addressing this with the owner to attempt to fix it for you and then leave a poor review isn’t helpful for anyone.
