Never stayed. Found out my booking was cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice. Horrible experience.

Clean budget friendly room in quiet neighborhood

Room was comfortable, bright, and clean. Kitchen and laundry are shared in downstairs common area. Fully equipped . Parking zoned, so need to move car each day, unless a holiday or weekend. So it’s available, but with limitations. Patio is rooftop. Neighborhood is very nice, walking distance to shops and Volunteer park.

Space was very clean. I had an idea what the set up would feel like renting a bedroom within a house but wasn’t positive since I didn’t read this in the description of the property. It was perfect for the 12 hours we needed it for. The owners were so communicative and checked in several times which was great! If I needed to stay here again for a quick little trip I definitely would.
