The room was very clean as well as the whole house. The directions were pretty clear. This is the first time I’ve utilize this service for many years and I appreciated the quick response by the host. The whole set up was very well put together and the location was ideal for short walks and pretty close to the water and pretty close to pikes market. If you wanted to walk if you’d like to walk then it’s really not that that far of a walk. Great location, great setup great communication great host.

The room was very clean. The communal kitchen was very well equipped. It was nice to have a coffee maker in the room, but there was no place to plug it in in the kitchenette. I needed to bring it into the bathroom to use it. This room was on the first floor and was a bit noisy at times due to people using the stairwell and the large kitchen. I suspect the rooms on the second and third floor are quieter. I think the rooms should be listed as to what floor they are on.

Heat didn’t work

Clean and well maintained except the heat didn’t work. Vince responded quickly to my texts but after 3 days of trying to get him to fix the heat, I gave up. Fortunately, it wasn’t that cold and the bathroom heat did work.
