The cottage was cute. The shared community room was a nice touch with several snacks set out for guests. Extra blankets were also available. The room itself felt a little crowded with all the furniture. The description included kitchenette, but really wasn’t one. Microwave, toaster and mini frig were available. But nothing to cook on. Overall a nice place to stay.

First time in Acadia/Bar Harbor area

It was perfect for solo travel, but would also be fine for two people. It was cozy and close to Acadia. There were also restaurants, a winery, and the Atlantic Beer company nearby so if you don't feel like getting into the Bar Harbor crowds, you can go out close by the cottage.

Love the amenities

We love all the amenities. Be we always options, snacks, coffee, BBQ, s’mores stuff. The list goes on. It was fun to sit out at the fire and chat with other travelers. Great place!

We had an excellent time at the cottage. Perfect location near Bar Harbor and to explore Acadia NP. The host was responsive and quickly answered our questions. They even had a communal poop bag for those late night strolls for our four legged friend. Perfect spot to our Maine vacation.
