Staying here was way better than a hotel. Quiet and safe street. Huge backyard. 3br, 1 bath. Couch folds out to a bed. Really liked the electric lock, made coming and going easy. 5 minutes from Tech. Great for orientation, move-in, visiting, and move out. Would definitely stay here again.
Very clean property and super nice host who answered right away. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was because the furniture in the living room felt old and was quite uncomfortable for extended periods of time. This would not keep me from renting it again especially because of its proximity to the university.
The house was clean, cozy, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything my family needed (family of 5 with a toddler). The shower worked great, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Our stay was perfect and only approximately a 15 minute walk to the stadium with easy access to the skybridge to cross over. The house was very clean and everything we needed was provided including travel size soaps, shampoo and conditioner. The hostess was quick to respond to any questions we had. This place is a definite PLUS!
The host was welcoming and helpful. We thought this was a nice, comfortable home to stay in for the price. The neighborhood wasn't bad at all and we enjoyed our two nights there for the very first 2 days of this 27 day "dog vacation."
This house is so cozy and well thought. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Though this is an older house, details are very well thought. Kitchen is a bit small but fully equipped. Back yard is huge and secured in case you must travel with your pets. Located close to the school for those of us that are visiting Lubbock for that purpose. We had an issue when we arrived, there were no bath towels; I messaged the host and towels were delivered in no time.
I would definitely choose the house again if it was available.

We were in town to celebrate a birthday, and it was an enjoyable stay. The house is easy to navigate with a cane, all floors being level and no rugs. It is located walking distance to the National Ranching Heritage Center. We did some shopping in town, and everything was within a 15min drive. The group was 4 adults and a teenager. With 3 bedrooms and a couch, everyone had a place to sleep. The kitchen had basic supplies, and we made several meals at the house. We didn't see a toaster, but the oven has a broil setting. My friend travels with her ESA, and the backyard was a nice size to play. We took a walk in the neighborhood, but had to watch for which streets had sidewalks, since there's a decent amount of traffic through the neighborhood. When we had questions, the host responded quickly, which we appreciated, and overall we enjoyed our stay.
