Welcome to a timeless treasure, a 105-year-old Craftsman masterpiece meticulously updated to embrace the essence of today`s modern living while preserving its historical charm.

You will just be minutes away from downtown and the football stadium. The property has a few bakeries within walking distance from it as well.

This Craftsman`s generous layout offers plenty of room for everyone in your group featuring 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 different living room spaces, a dining room with a table that seats 8 comfortably and a gorgeous brand new kitchen with a butlers pantry attached.

You will have access to the entire home and yard.

I can be reached by text, email or phone. I am also available most times to be on site if needed.

The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway (6 cars can fit) and more parking is available on the side street`s. The bus runs right by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find the house.

We had a wonderful time in this historical property that has been modernized & renovated. Communication with the host was excellent & very responsive to our questions & needs. This was an exceptional experience. Bathrooms & kitchens well stocked. I would highly recommend if you like older properties with character. Parking was great too with alley access for 5-6 cars.

This classic craftsman house is a lovely property. We (4 adults) stayed there 7 nights while visiting friends and family in the area. The house is spacious and has been renovated thoughtfully. The newly remodeled kitchen is well-appointed, so with cooks among us, that was welcome. We stayed in early June, when central Illinois can be warm and muggy, so the dual zone air conditioning was a relief. The upstairs bedrooms benefited with the addition of floor fans. The front porch has overhead fans which made sitting out there with a glass of wine very pleasant. The location is convenient, and it was easy to reach the UIUC campus as well as shopping and dining establishments. The host is excellent with communication. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

This home is fantastic! It’s spacious, beautifully remodeled and decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Kenneth was great at communicating and clearly pays attention to all the little details that make guests feel comfortable, such as providing hangers, toiletries, kleenex, plush towels, and having an extremely well stocked kitchen.
