Accommodation:

The master bedroom is a spacious haven featuring a comfy king-size bed, beach and Caribbean sea views, an en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers ample space with two cozy twin beds and its own attached guest bathroom.

Fully Equipped:

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, with a drip coffee maker and a living area that offers plenty of relaxing seating with a large screen, flat panel TV and ocean views. Ceiling fans in every room, central A/C, dishwasher, linens, beach towels, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer and complimentary WIFI are provided. Love the ocean/snorkelling?

There is natural Cayman lava rock at the water's edge and an easy access ladder into the turquoise sea for fabulous snorkelling and swimming in the calm, warm waters. Enjoy the best snorkelling on 7 Mile Beach. The Wreck of the Gamma is a short swim from the condo. There are plentiful coral heads and an abundance of sea life!  There is snorkel equipment provided for the guests' use!

Beach/pool lover?

Lounge on the uncrowded beach, head to our freshwater pool, or walk up the luxurious white-sand 7-mile beach. The beach by the condo is mostly sugar tan and white sand with some coral reefs and rocks washed ashore. Relax on one of several beach loungers while soaking in the view of passing boats and breathtaking sunsets.

Tennis/Pickle Ball anyone?

The Georgetown Villas tennis court is configured for both tennis and pickleball and is complimentary for our guests.

Kirk's (an excellent supermarket just a 10-minute walk away), beer/wine/liquor stores, countless restaurants/cafes, Camana Bay and George Town (downtown). You can also visit the Cayman turtle farm, Rum Point and a visit to 'hell' and back (with a short/easy bus ride).

Water Sports:

The main attraction on the island is the water sports activities. A short walk to the Marriott offers you parasailing, windsurfing, and jet skis. Snorkelling and diving on the island are considered to be some of the best in the world.

Check‑In & Check‑Out:

After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.

Arrival is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check‑in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.

Check‑out is self‑service @ 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check‑out is only available if pre‑arranged, as we need time to prepare for incoming guests.
