Sparrow Hawk Nest- Luxury Mountain View Tiny Home!

Take in the breath-taking views at this unique and tranquil tiny home. With luxurious furnishings, spacious deck, cozy firepit, central location and too many amenities to list, Sparrow Hawk Nest is the perfect getaway.

Sparrow Hawk is perfect for two but can accommodate up to four adults and two children. A long gravel drive through the trees will take you up to the top of the hill. Inside, there is a main level bedroom with double bed and open walkway into the living room and kitchen area. The second bedroom is a cozy open sleeping loft with a double bed. The loft does have a very low ceiling. The living room has two pull out sofa loungers which can each sleep one child. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small stainless steel stove, hood, microwave, and refrigerator. The kitchen also features a large stainless steel sink, beautiful butcher block countertops, plenty of cabinets and shelves, and a coffee bar! The main level also has a full bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry. Every room of this home offers a view of the mountains!

Outside is a spacious deck which offers amazing views, dining and lounging areas, and a gas grill. Outside you will also find a large fire pit area overlooking the view, complete with comfy Adirondack chairs. Have fun with a selection of indoor and outdoor games including disc golf and horseshoes at no extra charge!

With Sparrow Hawk being one of only two homes on the ridge, it is a perfect peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, with the convenience of being close to town and the mountains.

We absolutely loved this place! We stayed here when visiting "The Pretty Place" in Cleveland. It has beautiful mountain views from the front porch. The place is secluded and private but still close enough to town that it's not a hassle. Will definitely book again if in the area.

Sparrow Hawk is a great place to get away from it all. Beautiful and serene. There is a town nearby to get anything , but Jennifer our host had thoughtfully provided many things we might have needed and then some. The tiny home was very well-appointed with many personal touches. Five stars all the way!

We loved our stay at this cozy, secluded cabin. The mountain views were beautiful, and the setting was wonderfully quiet—perfect for unwinding. The space is small but very comfortable, with plenty of smart storage. The owner was responsive and clearly thoughtful about the guest experience: the cabin had everything we needed, from kitchen and bathroom essentials to wood for the fire pit. We’ve stayed in a ton of vacation rentals and this is one of our absolute favorites.The host thought through every detail and the place is stocked with more than ample provisions that you may need. This place was a fantastic retreat! The views are stunning. The beds are comfy, and the furnishings are well appointed. The tiny house has all that you need for a relaxing stay, and is fairly central to anything you may want to do in or around Hendersonville, NC or upstate SC. There are some cute games for the kids as well. Highly recommend!

A Tiny Bit of Heaven

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The view was outstanding. I can't imagine a better view to wake up to every morning. The house is a tiny house, but it is well thought out and knowing we were staying in a tiny house made us pack a little differently. The location was perfect. We rode our bikes and hiked daily on nearby trails. A very thoughtful touch was to include a SC State Park Pass, which we were able to use daily. We will definitely stay here again.

This is by far the most clean & organized place we have ever stayed in! Everything has labels so there is no questioning where things are. The area was perfect. We spent our time between Table Rock State Park and downtown Pickens. This home was smack dab in the middle of both, only about a 10 minute drive to either one. The view is incredible. The home is so adorable. The porch is perfect. Everything was amazing! We are already planning a trip back!

Perfect tiny home with Million dollar view!

Never stayed in a tiny home before and LOVED it! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! The home was very clean and had everthing you need. Much nicer than a hotel room and you get so much more for the price! Beds were comfortable, shower is large, and the entire place was well stocked with all the extras! We loved the deck, firepit and watching the wildlife! It is so peaceful. The location and VIEW can't be beat! The long gravel road leading to the tiny home (drive slowly its a bit bumpy) was surrounded by trees and really made you feel like you were away from it at all, even though the closest town was only 8 minutes away. The host was very helpful answering all of my questions. You can tell they take pride in this new home and are working on the landscaping and trails around it. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing stay! The view was beautiful and the surroundings were so peaceful. Was thrilled that no pets were allowed as I suffer allergies. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, including the welcome sign personalized with our name. The tiny house was equipped with everything you could possibly need for up to 4 people. They even went as far as providing enough firewood wood and starters for the week we were there. The smore station, with firesticks, was an unexpected bonus and we certainly did enjoy them. The only thing that we found not to our particular liking was the mattress downstairs. It is on a metal frame with no box spring and was rather soft and felt as though you were leaning towards the middle. Just a personal preference. I highly recommend this property and will be sure to return! PS Would love to see a hot tub on the deck.
