The house was clean and had plenty to do. We came for a golf trip and weren’t disappointed. We’d definitely stay here again!

Hi Tony, Thank you for the feedback! A couple things.. We make it very clear in the listing that the hot tub and steam shower are not functional. It is written right on the listing this is the case, and they are also not listed as amenities we offer. The reason nobody was sent to fix the washer and dryer is because they worked fine... There was no need to send anyone. Regarding the alarm, you called us at 1215am that you set the alarm off. We told you before you arrived not to set the alarm. You decided to do otherwise. When you called, we gave you the information we had to shut it off. I am glad you enjoyed your stay overall and had a nice time though! Just want to make sure these things are clear for others looking to book in the future. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback — we're sorry to hear the stay fell short in several areas. We did try to address the concerns during your visit and offered a substantial refund to make things right, which we hope reflected our commitment to guest satisfaction. The oven has since been fully repaired, and we've implemented new protocols to double-check propane tank readiness and seating stability between stays. Regarding the hot tub: while it’s visible on the property, it’s no longer operational and not listed as an amenity. It's a legacy fixture from decades ago that unfortunately can’t be removed without major structural work — which is why it's clearly excluded from our listing and guest use. As for the linens, all guest linens were prepared and placed inside the home prior to your arrival. The items on the porch were clean backups from our laundry service, not meant for guest sorting. We’ll make that clearer going forward to avoid any confusion. We truly appreciate you sharing this feedback, as it’s helped us continue improving the guest experience.
