This is a 2nd floor (stair access only) condo in a quiet, gated complex right next to El Cajon Blvd.
Close to everything, North Park is a great central location.
Guest access
2 bedroom condo, however, 1 room is used as storage and is locked for safety purposes. Guest have full access to the rest of the condo. In addition, there is a shared washer and dryer ($) in the complex that is open for guests.
