PS Permit #4951. This contemporary home is your private escape in the desert. Enter via a front private courtyard with a seating area and fire pit. Treated concrete floors throughout. Large sunken living and dining area with a gas, crushed glass fireplace. Access the outdoor pool and spa area through floor to ceiling sliders off the living room. Large kitchen & breakfast bar. Outdoors enjoy the built-in barbecue/kitchen, pool with spa, desert landscaping, outdoor shower & amazing mountain views. No pets please. This home has smart TVs for guests to use their own accounts to watch a variety of streaming services. There is no cable TV offered at this home. Pool and spa heat is optional and an additional $95 per day. Pool heat pricing is subject to change till the day the payment request is accepted due to utility price volatility.

What a terrific property! Clean. Very spacious with a desk in one of the bedrooms for anyone working remotely. Strong internet. Great TV and comfortable sitting areas. The outside areas were wonderful. Lovely oasis pool and hot tub area. Loved the fire pit. Special private patio off the front bedrooms. Loved having a garage with a door. On a quiet cul-de-sac. Just blocks away from grocery and drug store, Great walking with sidewalks on major streets. Close to downtown but just far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Mike was a very responsive and friendly property manager. Will definitely rent here again.
