Conveniently located in Mid-Town Melbourne, but tucked away in a quite neighborhood, this peaceful retreat has just the vibe you're looking for! Enjoy outside living spaces with a spacious screened patio overlooking a pergola for outdoor dining, and a custom "beach" decked out with hammocks and a fire pit.
Just a short 10 minute drive to the beach, and within walking distance to the neighborhood public park with a tennis court, basketball court, playground, and public boat ramp.

Comfortably furnished with two queen bedrooms, and a bright and open living room and large kitchen. The third bedroom features a twin trundle bed.

Sonic Boom!

What a great home. Great layout. Home had everything we needed and was recently remodeled. The beds were comfy, the whole house handled our family of mom and dad, 4 kids and a set of grandparents. The backyard is amazing and gave us an added dynamic to hang out! The kids loved the hammock and the fire pit was great. We even had premium viewing of the rocket launch from the cape! Highly recommend the thai/viet restaurant right near by. Great spot! We will stay here again when we visit the area for youth sports! Thanks!
