About this property

Stone Bear Sanctuary- A Secluded Nature and Wildlife Lovers' Retreat

Beautifully furnished home filled with country charm where wildlife abounds on 37 sanctuary-like pristine acres with gorgeous views, private hiking trails, and made up of a wonderful combination of forest and fields in some of New York's most beautiful rolling hills. The property is very private, quiet, rural and secluded out of view from other homes. Start your day with a workout in the fully equipped 700 square foot gym. Work from the beautiful second floor office with 300mps Fiber Optic internet/wifi with amazing views, then see lots of wildlife roaming through the property as you enjoy the views while sitting on the front deck having dinner. Prepare meals in the beautiful chef's kitchen or gas grill on the front deck. Go for a hike on the miles of trails on the property in an amazing NY hardwood forest. Then soak in the outdoor hot tub on the side deck off the master bedroom. The 5 acres of lawn are maintained by the property manager who lives almost next door, as is snow removal and whatever maintenance is needed, questions about the house, etc….
