Nice place - very accurate description - very comfortable for small group - Safeway Grocery store is nearby but the neighborhood seems a bit rough at night as a group of homeless were across the street at a park and aggressively begged for money.

Seattle Weekend

We stayed for a Friday night and Saturday night with our son and daughter-in-law. Nice place and a great location, walkable to everything we did. Good having bedroom/bathroom on separate floors for each couple. The rooftop patio was nice, with great views.

Property was perfect for our girls’ trip to Seattle, spotless and comfortable. Easy access to transit, selection of great restaurants nearby. Easy walk to grocery stores, but still very quiet. Rooftop view at night is gorgeous. You will be going up and down stairs. Bathrooms/bedrooms are all on different floors than the entrance.

Great location, very comfortable

Capital Hill is a great neighborhood. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable. After we left they found some things that we had left in a drawer. They contacted me with a photo, and mailed them back to me. All I had to do was pay the postage.

Clean and Easy Stay

Traveled to Seattle for a week with my fiancé, our small dog, and a co-worker. The space was as pictured, clean and bright. Felt like a good amount of space for 3 adults. We had everything we needed and it was an easy walk to restaurants and to work. Loved sitting on the roof deck in the mornings and looking out over the skyline. The listing is very clear that there are lots of stairs—and it’s true! All hardwood, so the dog did some slipping and sliding, but nothing unexpected. On the whole, would happily stay here again.

Modern, clean and close to downtown

The house was very clean with excellent decor. It is small for 6 people (the size of my family) but it was fine for one night. The roof top is way cool with excellent views of the sunset and downtown. It is tricky to find street parking but we managed. The location was easy to get an Uber down to the Space Needle, Chihuly exhibit, etc. The check in process could have been better had I not had to reach out to VRBO to find out lock code info that was not included in the check in email.
