Wonderful family vacation

We spent 3 weeks in this beautiul villa. Everyone agrees that it was comfortable, very well decorated and very well equipped. We would recommend this house without hesitation.

Loved the open floor plan! House was immaculate. We enjoyed all our meals on the lanai. Outdoor furniture was nice as well. We loved that there was a child gate around the pool. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were top notch. We got to see a few dolphins and a manatee! Andrea was great.-very responsive as well as Jergen. Would stay here again.

Impeccable, comfortable, and well-stocked home that includes everything you need for a fun getaway! Check-in process was seamless and property manager was highly responsive. We had fun grilling, swimming, kayaking in the canal, and taking day trips to the surrounding beaches!

Perfect Retreat

The description incredible villa is perfect. We were a group of four ladies nearing 80 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was immaculate and beautifully decorated did not lack anything you would need. Very spacious and great floir plan. We would definitely come again.

Wonderful house, wonderful area!

Everything about our stay was perfect. There were enough towels, toilet paper, amenities that we didn't want for anything. The layout was nice and worked well for our family. We had person with a walker staying with us and it was very accessible for her to get around and shower with the zero entry shower.

Lovely house in Cape Coral

Very clean and modern, as shown in the pictures. The check in process was very easy, just using the code provided. The kitchen was well equipped, although there was no electric kettle, which was a miss.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! We have 2 boys and they really enjoyed the bikes, the fishing poles and of course the pool. We loved that the house had everything we needed, the location was excellent and the layout of the house worked perfectly. The house was clean and neighborhood was great, we can’t wait to come back!

Great communication. Good location for different day trips - Everglades, Captiva Beach, Fort Myers Beach, chartered fishing, etc. House had a great layout and well stocked in the kitchen. Large dining table gor playing cards. Close to grocery stores. Pool was nice - while the weather cooperated! Fishing off the dock was nice and relaxing. Would recommend. We had 6 adults and it was plenty of room.

This was the most beautiful house we have stayed in years!! So clean and stocked with everything you need! My boys loved fishing off the dock and the pool was perfect temperature for the heat in Florida! We will definitely be back!! The host was so gracious and responded immediately to questions!!

Perfect stay!

The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. Kitchen was very well stocked. Andrea and her team were very responsive for whatever we needed. The only thing to be careful of is the steps down to the water and the area around the pool. They were very slick. The steps down to the water were extremely slick and several of us fell. Great location and just a short drive to anything that we needed. Kids loved having the kayaks available.

Lovely, Spacious Home with Great Outdoor Space

This home was perfect for 3 couples and a baby for the week. The home was well appointed. The kitchen had all the things we needed, including a few spices and even cooking oil. The living spaces indoors and outside were comfy for the entire group. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, too, with groceries nearby and a great little sports bar (Duffy’s) too. The host, Andrea, was extremely responsive to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again & again. Loved our time here!
