This is our preferred place to stay in Denver. A wonderful park, stores and restaurants are within walking distance. It's a updated mid-century dwelling that has character while remaining very comfortable.

We really enjoyed this home for 3 nights. It was the perfect size, in a great location, and came equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable and cook a few breakfasts. Super clean and cozy. Being able to walk right over to Sloan Lake was the cherry on top. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Food and grocery options within walking distance, the view of the lake is amazing! The house is very clean and cozy, everything like towels, dishes, ect were available and ready, kevin is awesome and around if you need anything at all. 10/10 would stay again.

Lovely place, so much within walking distance but also a very close drive to almost anywhere. We loved our stay! Our one concern was the floors being very creaky. We had flight delays and didn’t get in until quite late our first night. Even though we tried to keep our steps light, it didn’t change the creaking and clearly woke up whoever was staying in the downstairs unit because we got the old broomstick knocking on the floor.
