Condo - Fun, Sun & Golf - Close to pool

We are limited by the association to rent for 30 DAYS MINIMUM and our Condo Association must approve of your application before I can confirm your reservation. See the Condo Association Application process below...

CONDO ASSOCIATION APPLICATION process. Our condo association requires that they approve each renter BEFORE I can accept your reservation. Upon contacting me (send me an email at: jschulze@dtventures.net with your contact information) and I will send you an Association Application for you to complete and return, along with a non-refundable $100 Application Fee check. The Association has 14 days to review/approve the application. During this time, I will “hold/block” your reservation in anticipation of acceptance, so that nobody else can reserve your days. If approved by the Association, I will notify you and you will then return to the VRBO site and complete your reservation, including payments made thru VRBO, adhering to the cancellation rules identified within VRBO.

Condo in a great location. Do you like to golf? Tara Preserve Golf Club is very close and rated one of the best in the area. After golf, come relax at the heated pool or hot tub or take in some tennis, all within the condo complex just a very short walk from your unit. The tennis court is lighted and very private to enjoy at night.

If shopping is your thing, you can 'shop till ya drop' in downtown Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, or the Ellenton Outlet Mall, all are within 15 min. Going to the Beach? The most beautiful beaches on the gulf coast are just a 15 min drive away. We have beach supplies for you to use, a big umbrella, chairs, cooler. Just don't forget your sun screen. For day trips, you are close to I-75 for trips to Tampa, Orlando, Fort Meyers for tons of fun.
Spring training enthusiasts? All up and down the west coast you'll find spring training games, don't miss those MN Twins who play in Fort Meyers.

There's nothing like a morning stroll. The area has wonderful walking sidewalks and paths up and down Tara Blvd, it just beautiful with many friendly people that will greet you.

The condo is like new, very clean, new furniture throughout. Living room has comfortable seating so you can enjoy a good movie on the HDTV LCD TV with built-in internet access. Down load movies on-demand from Netflix (using your own Netflix or other Movie streaming internet account). Master bedroom has a flat panel TV & DVD, huge walk in closet with large master bath. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds next to separate bathroom. A couch and chair both pull out for extra beds. All beds and pull out beds come with upgraded mattresses for a very comfortable sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast nook to take in the morning sun. Dining table with leaf seats 6.
