Excellent house! This house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. It was very clean and had any kitchen item you would need. We enjoyed watching all the wildlife in the backyard with our morning coffee. We look forward to returning!

Jim, our host, answered all questions immediately. The home was just as described and very comfortable. It was unseasonably warm when we were there. There were ceiling fans in each room but only one box fan. It would’ve been nice to have another one for the downstairs bedroom. But it wasn’t that uncomfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, super clean and perfect location to pagosa springs and wolf creek ski area. Quiet, secluded feeling though easy access to everything. Lots of amenities, comfy bed, and gorgeous views out back with huge windows to let in the sunlight and to enjoy the beautiful tall trees. Host was super helpful and friendly. Don't hesitate to rent this lovely cabin in the woods.

The site does not do this property justice. Once you get there you see how great it is. The back deck is private and huge! The view from the family room is wonderful. Kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget and gizmo you would ever need. I can’t say enough about the property, and the price is very reasonable! 10 min to Treasure Falls, 15 min to Wolf Creek Pass and 5 min to the Pagosa Hot springs!

Nice comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay, clean and comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook in. The house was a perfect location to Wolf Creek and downtown Pagosa.
