Enjoy the sunsets at the Nokomis drum circle on Wednesdays and Saturdays or at the Jetty pier also great spot for spotting dolphins, manatees and fishing, 14 minutes from Caspersen Beach, 14 minutes from Venice Fishing Pier.

For nature lovers, a nice walk or bike ride only 4 minutes away from Laurel Park (Legacy Trail) and for a hike we are only 8 minutes away from Venice Myakka River Park and 11 minutes from Oscar Scherer State Park, 8 minutes from Historic Downtown Venice, 10 minutes from Venice Museum, 3 minutes from Publix (supermarket), 4 minutes from the newly built Sarasota Memorial Hospital-Venice.

Such a nice, newly constructed studio! It was quiet, clean and Jesus was very responsive when we had to adjust our reservation due to change of travel/flights for us. The towels were super soft and the bed was comfortable.

Nice studio in convenient location

It was pleasant stay in this newly remodeled room with all brand new appliances and kitchen equipment. Jesus and his wife were very responsive and accommodative to our immediate needs. Thanks! Will definitely come again.

Great alternative to a hotel room

I was looking for a place to stay for two days in lieu of a hotel. Pricing was good and place was basically the equivalent to an extended stay hotel room. Microwave, 2 burner electric stove, a small refrigerator and a kitchen sink. Was very clean. Located on the ground floor of a house. I would definitely stay again.

Cute, clean, everything it is advertised as...could have used a few more towels (we flew so were limited in what we brought with us) a bedside lamp to soften the lights in the evening, a broom to clean up after ourselves and a list of general household directions (where to dump trash, recycling, etc.)...Very close to everything...we really enjoyed our stay...Thank you!

Perfect location and awesome unit!

Stayed 4 nights with friends and everything was perfect, except the dates I choose to come. Easter Sunday week and ALL the beaches were packed by 9am. Plan to come back, alone, during off season. Definitely a little charm.

The apartment was quite comfortable. The kitchenette is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware and cooking utensils. The wardrobe has plenty of space to hang clothes and store clothing on shelves. The bed is comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would book this apartment again. The hosts are attentive and professional in all interactions.

It was great for what we needed. The only trouble I had is that I have scent allergies. I could tell the linens were not washed in non allergenic soaps. That still wouldn't stop us from staying there again if available.

Excellent efficiency unit

A great little efficiency rental. Spotlessly clean. Perfect for one or two people. Speaking for us, centrally located for all we do while in the area. Very quiet residential cul de sac. This unit is on the lower level of a residence but there is little, if any sounds from the owners other then a little foot traffic. Well most definitely rent the unit if it’s available during future visits to the Nokomis area.
