This house had a good amount of space for our group to stay. We do, however, feel that there needs to be more thorough cleaning of the place. We found stuff under the bed in the master bedroom that was not ours. The rug area in the living room needs thorough cleaning (shampooing) and would suggest moving furniture from time to time to clean under it. We would also suggest that the sprinkler system be either turned off or turned to less time during the time of guests staying there as there was a swamp in the middle of the yard where we were looking forward to playing games. The volleyball/badminton area was completely soaked and unusable for most of our stay, which that was a drawing point for us, so we were disappointed. Otherwise, this was a nice place to stay with a large dining/kitchen area and a good amount of bedrooms and sleeping spaces.

Great place to stay with a big group!

I booked this house for 9 of us to stay during family weekend at College of Idaho. It was perfect for a group; really comfortable, great kitchen setup. We enjoyed the backyard badminton and fire pit too! The manager was very responsive when I had a couple questions. I'd stay here again!

We traveled from Orlando, with lots of kids, to spend the Holidays with Grandma and Grandpa. The house was perfect for us and we had a wonderful time! The house was exactly as it looked, very clean and everything we could possibly need. Cory is a fantastic host, any concerns or questions were answered immediately and Cory went out of his way to check on us and make sure that everything was perfect and that we were happy. We definitely would rent from Cory again! Thank you for making our Holidays so great!

Home backs up to a busy street and cross section with a highway. There is a lot of road noise, but the house was nice and very clean.
