Newer built Mountain Home with a view of the Great Smokie Mountains & Blue Ridge Parkway.
Less than 10 minutes to Downtown Historic Sylva & Dillsboro, you will find shopping, local restaurants and microbreweries throughout both charming towns. Sylva's most photographed Court House, and Dillsboro's famous Smokey Mountain Railroad.
Cullowhee & Western Carolina University -10-minute drive. Highlands, Cashiers, Tuckasegee, Cherokee, Bryson City, Hazelwood, Waynesville, Franklin 15 - 30 - minute drive.
Easy access to this secluded mountain home via a gravel drive, while viewing wildflowers, corn field and wildlife you may see an occasional deer, rabbit or goose on your drive up to the home. Access to the home is only two steps onto a covered porch from the level parking area.
Pet Friendly - we welcome one well behaved pet $50 fee.
While staying in this home with the great view you will enjoy the 72" TV while setting on one of the two reclining leather sofas or the reclining rocking chair in the living area. You will love the granite counter tops in the kitchen with new pots, pans, spices and coffee. Disposable cups for your coffee and drinks are also available. A toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, electric can opener, and crock pot are stocked in the kitchen for your cooking needs. Outside you will find a gas grill, grilling tools and four rocking chairs for viewing the Fantastic Mountain View.

Easy access via a gravel drive. You will have two steep areas that are easily accessible with all vehicle types.
During snowy weather All-Wheel drive or 4-Wheel drive vehicle will be required.
The parking is spacious for 3 - 4 normal to Medium sized vehicles such as mini- vans and pickup trucks. Larger vehicles limit to 3.

This home was spot on as per the listing. Very clean and home is beautiful, all amenities you need ! Very close to Sylva and surrounding area's. Pay attention to the directions, doesn't look like an entrance at first but the directions where perfect. Definitely would recommend staying here !

We enjoyed our stay! House was very clean!!! It was well put together!!! They had even supplied toothbrushes and toothpaste if you had forgotten them. The view was nice! Would recommend getting there before it gets dark. The driveway is a little tricky when you first turn on it at night. Overall would DEFINITELY stay again!!

We just stayed here for almost a month. This house still smells brand new and was super clean. The host was amazing and always responded when we had a question. We stayed in this home for our daughter’s move-in weekend at WCU. It’s close to campus and many things in town, but maintains a seclusion that makes you feel equally rested and rejuvenated. We could have sat in the rocking chairs on the porch for hours. The host was extremely responsive and the well-stocked home has everything you need. It was a very comfortable place. Our Boston Terrier enjoyed the pet-friendly stay, too.

Secluded Sylva NC Getaway

Loved this house, it is fairly new, very clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on front porch watching the sunset over the beautiful North Carolina Mtns. and listening to the birds sing. A great place to de-stress. The house is well appointed with a lot of little extras. Laura is a great host. We will be back!!

Family Time

My family and I loved this little house. It was perfect for our getaway after Christmas.The perfect little home out of all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. It’s only a 40 minute to Cataloochee Skiing and 30 minutes to Cherokee and an hour and a half drive through the scenic view of the great smoky mountains.

Quite Beauty in the Smokeys

Great stay in the Smokey Mountains! Beautiful, private house & views. Very clean & well decorated without a bunch of nick-nacks. Plenty of room, closet space, & seating. Huge TV & couches w/ cozy throws. Very comfortable beds w luxurious linens. Close to restaurants downtown Sylva, Dillsboro, Waynesville & Maggie Valley. Can’t wait to go back.
