Well-stocked kitchen and baths, washer and dryer, plenty of flat parking, fire pit, side yard for dogs and kids to run around and PING PONG! Bring your pets, kayaks, tubes, SUP’s, fishing poles, hiking shoes and skis. There’s so much to explore!
Nearby towns of Maggie Valley and Sapphire Valley are a 20-30 min drive for skiing. Cherokee Casinos just 20 mins away. The possibilities for fun are endless! **Note: If bringing small children, the bunk room is on the lower level and the rest of the living quarters is on the main level. **

A relaxing and comfortable birthday weekend away for scouting fly fishing. We enjoyed the view, the amazing comfortable automatic couches and the zebra bushes out back. The outside furniture was clean and comfortable! We really had a good time.

Super clean, very equipped-I cook all meals and there wasn’t one thing missing in the kitchen!! Layout was perfect. Lots of relaxing places and touches. Visited son at WCU and his friends were able to stop in and out and played ping pong and had a nice fire at the river. Perfect location to the campus.

Fist time staying at this location and all of our party really liked everything about the property! It very handy to the WCU, Sylvia and other things in the area. Great parking plenty of room for our four legged child and all around good property.

This is a beautiful home and was well stocked for our stay, only thing I would point out the is not in the listing is that to get from the downstairs to the upstairs inside you have to use a very small spiral staircase. Otherwise this was perfect!

House was beautiful and on the river (my favorite). Owner was prompt in responses to questions. The internet went out Friday evening and the owner had it fixed within a couple hours!! Everything was clean and organized. They thought of everything down to q-tips. This will forever be our place to stay when we visit!!!
