This riverfront tiny house is the perfect launching point, just 20 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains and 5 minutes to the cute downtowns of Sylva and Dillsboro. Fish right on the property, enjoy rafting & kayaking rentals just 2 minutes away, and plenty of hiking within minutes! Or, stay in and relax in the cozy bed with the constant sound and views of the beautiful Tuckaseegee River!

- 2 mins to Tuckaseegee Outfitters (tubing, rafting and kayaking)
- 3 min to downtown Dillsboro with great restaurants
- 7 mins away to downtown Sylva with amazing food and breweries
