This place is dirty, it smells and it’s noisy!

We were totally shocked when we arrived at this place. The smell hit us in the face on the way in, there was an additional $30.00 charge on arrival that we were unaware of, and after waiting for fifteen minutes we learned that the elevators get stuck constantly. While sleeping it sounded as if a jack hammer was being run all night.

Dirty and run down

I was very disappointed in the level of cleanliness: dust, dirt, mirrors, walls, etc. I also think it is in real need of maintenance- a bathroom door that drags on the floor, walls that are nicked up (entire place could use a paint job). In terms of comfort, nicer sheets/covers could be used. I’ll leave the comfort of the beds to others as I find that very subjective. While the rest of the building is practically in the same shape, there is no reason an individually owned/managed property should be.

Overall place was nice improvements needed though

The linen could of been replaced or used a better washing. The place was neat amd tidy overall and looked just like the pictures. However a 30 registration fee is needed before entering the room, i contacted the owner , asking what it was for, and I was never given a response

Good stay near the beach

It was a good stay, the apartment was clean. Kids enjoyed the pool and beach. Keep up the good work with the apartment :) will stay again. Ps. There is a $30 fee for registration also you would need a pool key and fee is $5.00 but refundable if you return key to the front desk. If you need to eat try Normans!! Highly suggest that restaurant.

Classic example of "You get what you pay for"

While the price was very good for an oceanfront place at Miami Beach, some of the details were not up to par. We found the kitchen to be poorly equipped, and not very clean. For example, there were no hot pads or kitchen towels, the stove front around the dials was greasy, and the knobs themselves were unreadable. And while it's a small thing, there was only one wash cloth for two of us. The condo is in an older hotel that has been upgraded. Valet parking was very good. It should be noted, however, that there are no other parking options nearby other than the parking lot for Allison Park, which appeared to always be full. All in all, not a bad deal for the location, but I can't rate it any higher than three stars.

Amazing way to afford a trip to Miami Beach!

This was a great apartment - cleaned for us just before arrival (I know because we arrived early and were allowed to drop our suitcases off and head to the beach til cleaning was done!), right on the beach, within walking distance to several restaurants/bars and within an easy Uber to the South Beach bars. It is not a luxury building or complex, kind of old, one of the elevators out of order, etc. - but if you're going to spend your time outside on the beach as we were, it was perfect. Just don't expect a four-star hotel, but it was clean and located on the beach with a nice pool. There is really nothing on this area of the beach (i.e. no bars or restaurants to walk up to from the beach, no food vendors), but the restaurant in this complex was really well-priced and we had lunch there several days. The shower didn't work when we arrived but maintenance was there in about an hour to fix it and it worked great after that. Manager was very attentive leading up to the stay when we had questions. I would stay here again the next time I go to Miami Beach.

Good, could be better

Overall the apartment is good value for money compared to other accommodation options and baring this in mind I would have given it 5 star but unfortunately a couple of things let it down and they were mostly linked to maintenance. We paid a cleaning fee and our expectation would be that in paying that extra the apartment would be checked to ensure everything works but it clearly wasn't. The morning after we arrived we realised the shower didn't work at all despite being told a number of times that it did but it is clear it simply wasn't checked. It took a lot of effort to finally get it fixed. A few days in we realised that the freezer doesn't work also so ice cream, etc melts - again this clearly wasn't checked. Surfaces were also quite dusty so you don't get much for the cleaning fee. On the plus side the view is very good and the building is of an acceptable standard, I wouldn't have expected any more from it and it has good facilities and great access to the beach. The beds were also comfy. Whilst it was not stated before arrival anyway there should definitely be a safe in the room as the doors aren't massively secure and the hotel doesn't offer this service.

The perfect accommodation (alojamiento perfecto)

La estancia en este alojamiento ha sido excelente en todo sentido. Esta en condiciones impecables, limpio, ordenado, y con todos los accesorios necesarios para pasar de maravilla. Artículos de limpieza incluidos, heladera, cocina, microondas, vajilla, toallas, sombrilla, sillas de playa, tv cable, aire acondicionado etc. Algo a destacar es que tiene el valet parking incluido, con un servicio muy rápido las 24 hs del día. Además de lo anterior, no podemos dejar de mencionar la ubicación, muy buena encontrándose directo sobre la playa, teniendo salida particular hacia esta, además de contar con una gran piscina. Para las cosas del día a día, en frente tiene donde comprar lo que necesites, y a pocas cuadras, se encuentra centro comercial con farmacia, restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Tanto antes y durante la estadía, nuestro contacto, el administrador, siempre estuvo atento a todo lo que necesitáramos. (Gracias Guillermo B. por todo) Altamente recomendable, y seguramente regresaremos al mismo lugar en nuestra próxima visita a Miami. The stay in this accommodation was excellent in every way. It was in impeccable conditions, clean, tidy and with all accessories you may need to spend great holidays. It has everything you may need, such as refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, towels, beach chairs and umbrella, cable tv, air condition etc. . Something to note is that the valet parking is included, with a very fast service 24 hours a day. In addition, we can not fail to mention the location, which is straight at the beach, having private access to it, besides having a great pool. For the day to day, crossing the street you have a place where you can buy whatever you need, and few blocks away you can find malls, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Before as well as during the stay, our contact, the manager, was always attentive to everything we needed. ( Guillermo B. Thank you for everything) We highly recommend it, and we will certainly return to the same place in our next visit to Miami.

Great little place, in an even better location!

We loved this place! The room is about the size of a standard hotel room, but it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There is not a direct ocean view, but there is a good view of the ocean out the side window which we really enjoyed. We loved being able to walk through the back fence directly to the beach, and also enjoyed the large pool in the evenings. The parking being included was a bonus, and we were able to drive about 5 minutes to be in the heart of South Beach. There were also a lot of good restaurants within walking distance that we enjoyed. The room is stocked with beach chairs and towels, but does not include any toiletries. This wasn't a big deal, because I always bring my own anyway. The owner is very accommodating, and was flexible with our schedule. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in Miami.
