We were a group of 9 adults attending a convention at the Arlington Hotel. We loved the house setup: spacious kitchen and dining room, hallway for all four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The front porch made for a lovely gathering place for coffee in the morning Thanks so much for helping to make our weekend so special! Best, Sandy

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. It is in a great location, had excellent off street parking and there were items in the house I really enjoyed- noise machine, shuffleboard and nice toilet paper! There were a few items missing-shampoo and hand soap that pumped in the guest bath, hand towels and hand soap in the kitchen, and just one laundry soap packet would have been nice to have.We never were able to get the tvs working after multiple attempts that included following the directions left for troubleshooting on-site. The host did respond when I reached out about it, but the issue was unresolved. All other responses from the host were generic responses that were not specific to me.I would stay there again as it fit our group’s needs.

We changed our plans from a hotel to this VRBO at the last minute and I’m so glad we did! It was so nice to have games for the kids to play. The house was nicely furnished with everything we needed and more. The host was communicative and everything was so easy. This was an excellent experience for our family.

We had a great stay at Havana nights! Our group was made up of 3 couples and a widow, so the space was perfect for us. We enjoyed the shuffleboard and big kitchen table. We were a bit surprised to not have any closets to hang clothes. There were dresser drawers but no closets. We made it work though - just slid garment bags under the bed. It was nice to have sound machines in all the rooms. I was worried it might be to drown out all the car traffic noise but that wasn't an issue even without the sound machines. Very pleased!

Great family vacation spot

Really great space for family vacation. We were in town for Hot Springs park, mountain biking, and March Madness. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and also plenty of TVs and games for the evening. Mountain bike trails in the parks were fantastic!

A great place!

This VRBO was a great location in Hot Springs and a great space to spend a few days with friends. The living room has a lot of space to hang out. And it is just around the corner from downtown Hot Springs.

Clean and Family Friendly close to everything in Hot Springs

Our stay at Havana nights was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s so close to all Hot Springs attractions which made it easy for our family of 7 (including two toddlers) to do everything we wanted to. The house itself was clean and well decorated. I highly recommend.

Great house and location

Very clean and nice house with a great location very close to downtown. There were no closets in any of the rooms, so our things were scattered everywhere.

Great Property!

Stayed heard for three nights. There were 7 of us. Two couples and three kids. House was fun with the arcade and shuffleboard for those rainy days and after dinner fun. Everything worked and the house is well stocked. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Trail ride

The house was in a good location, grocery stores close by the only thing I would love to see changed, is someplace to hang your clothes in the bedroom instead of down in the laundry and if there was a place and I didn’t see it I apologize.

Great Location, Remodel, and Amenities

Our extended family came to Arkansas for a wedding, and it was important to find accommodations where we could stay & spend time together, that was near some attractions & easy to get around to see other family at their house. This newly remodeled house was within a couple minutes from local eateries & downtown shopping. The kitchen was stocked, including a dishwasher, which made it easy to start the day with breakfast. The washer & dryer made it nice to take clean clothes home! The large dining area also included a shuffleboard, and multiple family board games. We played the Roku tvs mostly for background noise. The newly remodeled house was super clean & well stocked. We were impressed, and have already recommended it to several of our family & friends!!
