A private hot tub is available - enjoy soaking under the stars. Located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe close to skiing, the lake and casinos as well as area bike trails. Comlimentary WI-FI is available! This home is only available for 31+ night rentals.

Nice weekend get away

The house was perfect for our family of 7 people. The house is very spacious with plenty of beds for everyone. The hot tub was a plus. The kitchen has every thing you need. The only thing that I think they need is a new barbecue. We used the stove and the oven to prepare our meals . Over all I recomend this home.

We had a great time during our stay! The house is located by the bike and hike trail. Safe neighborhood and short distance to shopping. Were able to add one more day to enjoy South Lake Tahoe. Definitely want to come back. Anna

Convenient & spacious

Lots of space for large families or multiple families. Be prepared to bring all of your own everything if you plan to do any cooking and bathroom amenities as well. The kitchen offers lots of cooking utensils, but lacks /provides no spices, etc. so be prepared to bring everything and some basics are missing (cookie sheets, foil, plastic bags, tupperware, etc., salt & pepper) - they didn't claim to provide and we called ahead, it's just so nice to not have to worry about this when staying in a rental home and one of the advantages. Minimal bathroom, kitchen and laundry amenities are provided (hand soap, and one shampoo/conditioner each bathroom) - no lotion, just enough towels, enough soap for a load of dishes each day and one load of laundry during your stay, too few garbage bags, etc. Many easy updates could really take this rental to the next level - new sheets, new throw pillows (stained in every location), fix the deck (or knock the nail heads down) and a good deep cleaning. And we could not get the hot tub to heat past 98* (but to be fair that could have been user error; however, there was not a user manual). For the price we paid during our stay we would look elsewhere. The neighbors were a kick - fun, happy & very welcoming!

Nice House

We did my sons big 13th birthday here and the house was really nice,the spa was great, and the yard behind the garage had room for the kids to roam and play. The neighbors across the street are a little interesting but they seem harmless. I would stay here again.
