The cabin was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. However not all the amenities were working the afternoon we arrived, most notably the gas grill, sliding screen door, lights over the dining table, and light over the stove top. Host was not available after 5pm and only available by text the next morning. They did fix the light over the dining table and order a part for the grill, but these issues should have been addressed before we arrived.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness of the cabin and the quiet neighborhood location! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the amenities upon arrival. You deserve to have everything working perfectly from day one, and we agree that these details should have been caught prior to your stay. While we’re glad our team was able to repair the dining light and order the grill part during your visit, we recognize that our after-hours communication fell short of your expectations. We’ve since fixed the remaining items and updated our check-in inspection routine and guest communication channels to ensure faster support at any hour. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we would love the opportunity to host you again for a seamless experience in the future.

Tahoe stay for families

Great place, very clean and heater works well. Only thing was the ice was not shoveled in some areas so it blocked one entrance and usage of back patio. Would recommend stay.

Nice Neighborhood and Clean Cottage

We were looking for a place we could stay with our two dogs, and this place was great. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet to take our dogs for walks, and the cottage was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our two tween/teens, and the location was minutes away from the lake and snow activities we came for. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfy get away

From booking, to check in and check out. Everything was great. The property has a lot of charm, and it suited our group well. We found the house extremely clean, and while the house has a lot of charm, a few things could be updated. But it had a sweet “Grandmas cabin” feel!

Great Property

This was a great property and the host was amazing. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was an iced over snowbank in the drive way that I had to break up and remove before I could pull my car into the driveway. Not a big deal since they had salt and a snow shovel by the front door. Overall a great value and would stay here again. The dogs loved it too!
