With the ability to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests and no more than 4 visiting guest at one time, this home is ideal for families and groups. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need for cooking. Start your day with coffee on the spacious outdoor balcony off the primary bedroom, enjoying the ocean breeze. Outside, you'll find a large pool with fire and water features, as well as a summer kitchen, complete with seating and entertainment options. Private dock space may be available. This property is perfect for anyone, offering a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

You're also a quick trip, less than 2 miles west, to the vibrant Fort Lauderdale beaches where you can find many restaurants and exciting nightlife. For those arriving by air, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is only a 20-minute drive, and the Fort Lauderdale Brightline Station offers easy access for getting around.

Getting Around:

Getting Around: Explore Fort Lauderdale with ease! The Water Taxi offers a scenic route along the Intracoastal Waterway, with stops from 32nd Street to Hollywood, including a stop near the convention center and cruise port. Enjoy waterfront views and fun facts about celebrity homes along the way. Important Information: Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway, any more is a violation of a city ordinance and is subject to fines. Any fines incurred to to parking, are the responsibility of the guest.

Age requirement: must be 25 or older to rent. No unauthorized events or parties are allowed.

Children under 12 y/o not permitted due to liability issues, any child 12 y/o or older, including visiting children, must be under continuous adult supervision due to the waterfront location and pool.

Smoking is not permitted inside, and pets are not allowed; however, guests with service animals are requested to notify us in advance. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
