Located next to UVU and close to BYU.

Whether you are an adventurer or someone that likes to sit back and relax there is plenty for all to do.

Pool is down for maintenance and scheduled to open on Memorial Day.

Hot tub is closed for maintenance at the moment.

The complex doesn't send out any communication about opening/closing any amenities, so all amenities could be subject to closure without notice.

great location to UVU

Place is clean and as advertised. We used the patio space and hot tub just down the hallway from apartment. Communication was prompt. WiFi was really good.

Perfect stay close to UVU

We were in town for just a few days to visit our son at UVU. This apartment is perfect for a small family, and we enjoyed staying there. It was spotlessly clean, convenient to everything, had all the amenities we needed (shampoo, towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, etc.). The apartment was quiet, wonderfully decorated, and comfortable. We will definitely be booking here next time we are in town.
