Can't say enough about the icon Vallarta and the unit was perfect , Spacious , very clean ,lovely interior , comfortable beds and amazing views . Morning coffee on the balcony as a great start to any day Owner and unit manager responsive quickly to any questions. We have stayed at the peninsula before which we like , but the amenities and friendliness of staff and other guests at Icon have it beat . We have already picked our dates for next year . Ideal spot for a vacation in Puerto Vallarta

We recently spent a month in this condo during our annual vacation to Puerto Vallarta. The unit was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was wonderful. View from the deck of the ocean, sunsets, whales was awesome. WiFi worked well in the rooms and also around the pool area. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. The location is great - with a grocery store just 2 blocks away, 24 hour drug store nearby, cabs and bus transportation nearby, banks and a Starbucks a 15 minute walk away at the peninsula. On site beach club provides breakfast in the morning and lunch or early dinner until 6 p.m. at a reasonable price as well as poolside service. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The owners were very easy to work with and the manager and concierge were always available and promptly responded to any questions or needs that came up during our stay. We’ve stayed at many different condominiums in the PV area over the years, and must say that ICON Vallarta is the best of all.

Perfect condo for a perfect family vacation

Our stay at the condo was for 10 days the last week of May. We absolutely LOVED the condo inside and out. The view was spectacular. One thing this condo has that not all Icon condos have, is a wrap around balcony. You can walk from the front of the tower where you can see the whole Bay of Banderas, around the side and all the way to the back of the tower where you can see the Marina and the cruise ships that are ported. I would have appreciated some deck furniture on the back side however. We watched fireworks from the balcony every single night. So fun! The condo is literally one block from the grocery store. We walked there everyday. If you go, DO NOT pass up the mangoes. We bought several each time. They are amazing! We enjoyed the beach bar and poolside service and the cabanas are awesome to relax in. There was always one available. Be aware that here you will be charged for your electricity usage. It will be taken from your deposit. I didn’t see this anywhere in the paperwork, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t there. It didn’t amount to a whole lot, but it did take away from our deposit. We really felt like royalty staying at the Icon. As we strolled the beach we came to the determination that it is definitely the best place to stay in all of PV. We will for sure be back to Icon, Puerto Vallarta.

Wonderful month in paradise.

We couldn’t ask for better accommodations and amenities than this wonderful unit at Icon Vallarta. This was our 4th year at the Icon and second in this spacious 3 bedroom+ unit. The facility staff, and the unit’s manager, Marcos, are attentive and reliable... ready and willing to deal with any minor problems or questions we may have. Beds are comfortable, and each bedroom has it’s own en suite bath. They also have individually controlled AC, which is rarely needed because it’s possible to have a breeze through the entire unit with sliders open front and back. Concierges in each of the 3 buildings are available and most helpful when planning activities off the property, places to eat or visit, and how to get around. The kitchen has everything you need if you like to eat in... but, the little restaurant downstairs has a great, reasonably priced breakfast until noon every day but Wednesday. Afternoons until 6, food and drinks are available at the beach or poolside also everyday but Wednesday. Soriana grocery store is just a 3 block walk away, and a convenience store and drugstore even closer. Get around by cabs that come right to your building’s entrance or take the City busses that come by continuously throughout the day just 3 blocks away as well. (They have many new buses this year! And the cost went up to 10p which is still a mere 55c USD) per person). The views from the spacious wraparound balcony are awesome. Enjoy Sunrises in the mornings and gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. Watch the cruise ships come in and dock at the nearby Marina. And we saw lots of whales and calves in the bay this year. The owners are excellent to work with and we are so grateful that they are willing to share their vacation home with us. We are certainly looking forward to returning again next year!

Great place for large family

We were a family of 8, with adult children and grandchildren. The condo had more than enough room for all. Not to mention the beautiful views! The owners are very easy to communicate with, making the whole process straight forward and trouble free. The concierges Adam and Elsa were fantastic and very helpful with questions and bookings. Would certainly recommend this condo.

Very nice, exceeded expectations for the price

The unit was very nice with a fantastic front facing view of the ocean. Check in was organized and Bahar (owner) was very easy to work with. The unit was nicely appointed and the kitchen was great. We ended up preparing many meals in the unit itself as it was difficult to give up the comfort and view. The pools were great and easy to find seats, the bar was just ok but this is not a hotel so not overly focused on selling drinks. We would definitely stay at this unit again, we use VRBO quite often and this particular rental was above average.

We've stayed at Icon Vallarta before, but this unit tops them all. Nicely situated on the 11th floor in Building 3, there is a direct front line view of the bay. Because of their positioning, the other buildings in the complex have more wind/breeze, however, this location is clearly the best. Nicely appointed, comfortable beds and great service from Marco made our stay memorable. The owners were great to work with and we highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic gate away in a gorgeous unit

We really enjoyed our time! ICON is a fantastic community with great service and ceterlize location. We stayed in tower 3 which has the best view among otner towers. This unit was beautifully and tastefully furnished with a breath taking panoramic view. I specially enjoyed the 3D TV and the sounds system. We will definitely come back again!

Better Than I Imagined !

the photos and text in this profile got me excited about staying at this condo, but they did not do the space justice. As the elevator doors open, the moment my husband and I walked in we were mesmerized at the beautiful decor and view! It was extraordinary, floor to ceiling walls of glass that look out onto the heaven. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. There were enough towels for bathing as well as plenty of towels for the pool. every need has been thought about and provided for with style and luxury. We had some great meals at the resort bar and restaurant and also in fabulous restaurants in town, but also cooked in one night, while sipping our favorite wine and listening to our favorite music through fantastic stereo system and watching the gorgeous city light of the down town. The resort and beach are also lovely,the beach is fine sand with all the amenities, ie, chaises, bar, restaurant, water activity rentals, pools, hot tubs, etc. Also the owner is a pleasure to work with. She is very concerned that every thing will be perfect for your vacation. I definitely want to stay here again! Anyone who rents this beautiful condo will not be disappointed.

After our first visits to Puerto Vallarta we left our heart there and when we heard that Phillipe Stark was planning on building Icon Vallarta, we didn't hesitate to be a part of this unique and state of the art property.

Situated on the 11th floor, this southern unit in Tower 3 (closest one to the beach) has the best views that we can find at Icon Vallarta. We enjoy Three walls of glass and wrap around balconies affording us unobstructed views of the ocean, city, and mountains. All three bedrooms have magnificent views and also accessible to the wrap around balcony. So we can enjoy walking in the balcony and enjoying one after another magnificent views, from ocean to the mountain to the marina. While soaking in the jetted master bath, it feels like you are floating above Puerto Vallarta. All of them while you are listening to your own favorite music through high end surround system. The views from this perspective are truly world class. The resort amenities, and special interior design make this a truly special vacation spot in Puerto Vallarta.
