Just steps away from John's Pass Village & Boardwalk and across the street from the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This fully furnished condo has everything you need: full kitchen w/ granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, all necessary cookware and utensils, washer & dryer. SMART TV in Living Room & Master Bedroom

Dog friendly with convenient access to grass area behind the building. Note that shot records will be required to have your pet stay.

The property was built in 2006 and has all new amenities. You will have access to the pool and hot tub. An exercise room is located on 6th floor

This is the best property in all of Madeira Beach! A pedestrian crosswalk is directly in front of property, making it easy and quick access to the beach.

Perfect location!

This place was the perfect size for 4 of us. Enough space for all and two bathrooms is always great. Wonderful location and had everything we needed and more for enjoying the beach which was just steps away. Very nice pool and hot tub also! Property was very clean and well kept.

Wonderful condo for a family getaway.

The location is perfect for getting to the beach and John’s Pass. It was myself, my 3 daughters and my grandson. Plenty of space and even included some beach gear. Nicely decorated, everything you need and comfortable.

This place is all about location. The place was definitely tiny and is a bit run down, all the basic needs in the kitchen. The management of the place was great and very friendly. All in all, very good vacation.

Location! Location! Location!

If you’re looking for a great place to stay near all that John’s Pass has to offer plus the beach then you’ve found it. We walked everywhere. There is even a delicious Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel. The condo is clean and comfortable and we would absolutely return! Loved everything about this place! the owner is super friendly and helpful and responds quickly. We had zero issues or complaints with our stay. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We spent two weeks mid Feb. location was great. We were able to walk to John’s Pass easily and to the beach across the street. Many businesses were open which was great to see. Our room was nice and clean except for the couch was very saggy but lots of beach equipment. The second bedroom was very small and no window. The pool is in a parking lot and very small. Not enough lounge chairs. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and kind. We would consider returning.

The place was comfortable, great location, but I booked it because we had our Grandchildren with us. They love the beach, but would rather swim in a pool, so we were very disappointed that the pool was being remodeled. I think they should have put that in the description, so people who want a place with a pool would know to choose another place

We rented this for 7 weeks. Family came and joined us for 1 week and so did some great friends for different weeks. This place was perfect for 4 people. Very well supplied for cooking at home. Was great to have beach gear. Provided,towels, chairs, umbrella, ect. Perfect location for any activity you want to do. Beach right across the street. Owner was very responsive with any questions. Front desk staff was also wonderful. I have no complaints. This was a great place to rent. We will be back. Tanya

Great location!

The location being across from beach access and walking distance to John’s Pass was great. The kitchen had all the amenities you could need and the beach supplies were a good bonus. The beds aren’t the most comfortable. We appreciated very much that the property allows dogs, our pooch loved her time at the beach. We booked the property because of the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the properly owner did not communicate that they were still down before we arrived. Owners of other units advised renters of the status. I fully understand the impacts of the hurricanes the region experienced but communicating with your renters is important. That said it was opened halfway through our stay.

Recent Vacation Stay in Madeira Beach

My wife and I (and our 1-year old son) recently came back from a 3-night, 4-day vacation in Florida. We stayed at this unit located in Madeira Beach and were very happy and pleased with the accomodations. The location of the unit is great, as it's within walking distance to the beach, the entertainment area known as John's Pass and other local restaurants and food establishments. The unit itself offered plenty of space for everyone, and the best part about it was that our son was able to have his own room. The resort (for a small fee) can arrange for a crib to be delivered to the unit for anyone travelling with small children (the company takes care of everything with respect to setting up and disassembling the unit). We really enjoyed our stay in Madeira Beach and would definitely look to rent out this unit again in the future. The owners of the unit are also very accomodating and are willing to answer any questions you may have about the unit, the town, etc...
