This studio is steps from the Walking Trail that leads to Downtown Mount Dora, Fla and the chain of Lakes. Less than 10 minute walk to 5th and Donnelly .

The cozy studio is just the right size for two guests. Guests have a private driveway that accommodates up
to two vehicles .

The studio is private for the guests who have booked their stay. The front of the house is located on the city’s paved walking trail that leads to downtown mount dora. Guests also have access to a driveway for private parking

As your host, I am only a phone call away and a few blocks away as well for any needs you may have during your stay.

This studio is attached to the main home but has a private entrance

Designated parking is located in the driveway to the garage .

Because the home is located on the walking trail, there is NO parking on the street . Guests should drive to the rear of the home and park in driveway

This studio is conveniently located on the walking trail that leads to
Downtown Mount Dora, Florida.

My staying in Mount Dora was excellent. Plenty of Restaurants, and the grocery store was very close. Excellent place to visit enjoy my time.

Quant get-away Mt.Dora

Refreshingly quant studio which was centrally located to downtown. Clean and cutely decorated. Perfect to come and go for the weekend. We visited for my niece's wedding and wanted to experience the town without having to stay in a cookie cutter hotel. Will definitely rent again when in the area.

Moldy

I was so disappointed with this property. All was great until we noticed some suspicious black goo on the bed and the floor below the air conditioner. At the same time, my husband was having trouble breathing. We turned off the air conditioning and that helped temporarily until it got too hot. We did reach out to the property manager who cleaned it out with her fingers, but didn't replace the filter. We came back to the mold still on the floor and on the bed. We truly appreciate the efforts taken during our stay to attempt to fix this, but this unit needs a new air filter and deep clean on the air conditioning unit. My husband is still dramatically congested from sleeping in the unit. I hope this helps the property manager and future guests!!

Kayla, as soon as you mentioned the dust on the mini split I arrived within a few hours within the time you requested. I removed the filters completely and cleaned them out with water as the instructions say. I then sprayed the unit with a rag and not my fingers. The only portion of the unit I wasn’t able to clean was behind the components of the unit which had to be completely removed from the wall and I chose not to do that whilst you were occupying the property. I’m sorry you felt it wasn’t cleaned to your standards but I appreciate you letting me know it was an issue as soon as you did.
