Coastal cottage located 1 block from fabulous white sands of holmes beach. Stay in comfort in our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house with heated pool. Inside find all the comforts of home including flat screen tv's in all rooms. Totally remodeled and updated unit with new stainless steel appliances in a fully stocked kitchen. All new beds and bedding. Relax by your own private pool and take in the breathtaking sunsets or grab a beach chair and a short block away that you can see from your front yard is the sparkling blue waters of the gulf of mexico. The beach bistro, one of the top ten restaurants in florida, is only a block away. The city of holmes beach also offers easy access to the intercoastal waterway which traverses anna maria sound. Come experience 'old' florida charm where flip flops are a way of life. Weather you like to snorkel, fish, or just sunbathe on the white sands of holmes beach you will not be disappointed in your stay here!

Perfect beach stay!

We had a blast at the Coastal Cottage! Our kids absolutely loved the pool, the house was in perfect shape and so clean, and Ken and Susie were excellent hosts. The location was great - quiet and close to the beach as well as a short trip to restaurants and shops. It was our first trip to AMI and I can’t wait to come back.

Lovely house with great location!

The Coastal Cottage worked out amazing for us and 4 teenagers(14-16). The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. The pool was great to come back to from the beach or dinner and relax in. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the starter supplies were nice. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Easy walk to the beach but we had a golf cart and the easiest placd to mark was on 70th by the beach. The beach was less crowded here as well. Bean Point is amazing for some sunset pictures!

AMI vacation

This house was perfect for us. It was very clean, the beds were super comfortable and we were so pleased to find the home fully equipped. The pool was awesome! The home felt like a home!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at this house! The location was amazing and super walkable to the beach. The house was very clean and very roomy for family of five. We did have an issue with the pool and initially communication was great. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t able to get fixed during our stay so I had a few disappointed kids who love a post dinner swimming session. Don’t let that deter you. This is a great place for a relaxing, beach vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house

I'd definitely recommend this house. I think it's even better than the online pictures. Very clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great updated bathrooms. It's not big but layout makes comfortable for a 3-bedroom size family. It was also very quiet at night for sleeping which is important to me. And close to the beach! Nice selection of beach chairs as well. My only suggestions would be for owners to keep outdoor shower area clean, I cleaned out some natural debris when we arrived and used everyday. Also, the dryer took several cycles to dry a normal load, I'm sure this could be corrected with some maintenance. Owners were very quick to respond to my questions and all went smoothly.

Great house, great location

This home is just as it looks in the listing. The kitchen is gorgeous and well equipped. The living room was perfect for our family of 4 to hang out and watch a movie. Everything in the rental was spotless, and there were plenty of towels and even some toiletries. The closets in the rental were all large, and there was plenty of storage for your bags. The pool was a nice touch, and was the perfect temperature.

Great little house with amazing location

The house and location were great! A little mishap with the pool when we first arrived but the super friendly and amazing pool guy got us in good shape by day 2 of our stay. The house had everything you could need inside. The beach chairs/wagon/umbrella could probably updated. Although we are understanding of the tragic hurricane season the area had last fall and it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Thanks for having us!

Anna Maria trip

Very nice property located within a five minute walk to the Gulf. House was very clean and the pool area was great. My only recommendation would be to have enough towels and wash cloths to accomodate 6 people.

Great location and very private!

We loved the short walk to the beach, the nice pool, and lovely well stocked home. The indoor living room space could use more comfortable seating, but all in all, we would rent again.

Great Experience!

The property is lovely, even prettier than in the pictures. Everything inside and outside was very neat and well maintained. Our family loved the pool! There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, floats and toys provided. I had imagined it being a bit closer to the beach but it really wasn’t a big issue.

Perfect week in perfect place

The home was clean and just as described! We were close to the beach and great places to eat. The house was spacious and well stocked for cooking. So relaxing at the pool and in a quiet neighborhood. Will be back for sure!

Beautiful Coastal Cottage on Holmes Beach

This was our second year staying at the Coastal Cottage. The location is perfect, just a block and a half from the beach. It is located right in the middle of the seven mile island, so getting anywhere is super easy. Very walkable to Ugly Grouper, Freckled Fin, shopping and more. The house is equipped with an inground pool, pool toys, beach supplies and everything else you need for your stay. We have already booked our stay for next year. Managers are very attentive. We had a minor issue with our pool, and it was fixed immediately. Highly recommend!

The Return to AMI

Very nice property in a nice quiet neighbod urhood, only a block and a half to the beach. A nice family visit and access to all the AMI has to offer, (with the added touch of an Orioles pre-season game). Will Stay again.

Perfect Get Away Bungalow!

A beautiful three bedroom beachy decorated bungalow on Anna Maria Island. Close walk to the beach access. This property is private and spacious with a heated pool. It has all necessary amenities. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!
