The comfort in Egret's Landing is stunning. The home is fully equipped with everything you need like a full kitchen with dishwasher, washer, dryer, flat-screen HDTV set and free WIFI! One bedroom has a queen bed, two have king beds and there is a bonus room with bunk beds for the kids. Master bath features walk in shower and double sinks. Take a dip in the private heated pool of a this charming bungalow or use the gas grill while entertaining outside!
Just a short walk away is the famous white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. A beach cart, some chairs, as well as beach towels are provided. For other activities hop on the free Island Trolley that rides you up and down the Island. Close to everything: shops, restaurants and bars.

Lovely rental

The property was beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay. Beach cart and chairs were provided and that really helped save us money and get back and forth to the beach more easily. Communication was easy and responses were very quick and helpful. Thanks for the great week!

Nice home and nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Egret’s Landing but needs a few things to make it great. The pillows were all flat in every bedroom except for one pillow.There weren’t a lot of beach accessories. No beach umbrella and no pool accessories. The floors were also dirty with crumbs from previous guests and grout was stained from spills as well as in front of stove. Other than those things we had a nice stay. Would come back if those issues get addressed.

Wonderful rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family. Beds were exceedingly comfortable. Location was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool was great for little and older folks. Rental company was responsive to all our questions. We will definitely try to book this place again in the future.
