We meticulously renovated this lovely 2-bedroom, 3-bath home with the vacationing family in mind. Casa de los Geckos is our favorite space to showcase the relaxed, elegant beauty of Mexico—traditional, handmade, local arts adorn each room, you will enjoy your day in our patio, it has a pool, living room, dining room and a grill.
The Space:
Guests have access to all areas of the house beyond the 2 bedrooms. Common areas include living room, kitchen and a full dining room, outdoor living room and pool in the courtyard, and laundry room with a washer and dryer. There are air conditioning units in every room of the house.
We take pride in using non-toxic cleaning supplies, providing a healthier and more natural alternative, while being just as effective to synthetic-based conventional cleaners.
We are making efforts towards water conservation in La Paz. We are adopting water-efficient technologies, growing mostly native vegetation in our decorative gardens, promoting responsible water usage, and building urban rainwater capture basins.
Finally, we provide canvas grocery bags you can use in your trips to the local stores, farmer’s and fish markets

We enjoyed our stay in La Paz, and this place is quite nice. The air conditioner in the bedroom is a little noisy, but otherwise everything worked well.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review
We had a great time and experience here! The property manager Ana was awesome and super accommodating. If you have any experience with Mexico and can handle a few things like singing neighbors and strange neighborhood, this place was perfect. It was about a 5 minute walk from downtown and had local stores within 5 minutes away as well. I wouldn't pick this place as a party house, but if you are looking at eating some local food and hanging out on a private patio this place is perfect!
