This is our second time staying here. We absolutely love it. We have many relatives in the area and we were able to have a get together with plenty of room and lots of fun! House was very clean and organized both times. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Great place!

The Gotti Ranch was the perfect place of our family get away. We immediately felt at home and fell in love with this property. The inside was spacious and beautiful, the theatre area was perfect for our grandchildren to wind down and create memories. The outdoor kitchen, game room, hot tub, pool and open areas fit all our needs with so much laughter, love and memories made. We did lose a phone and the owners were very quick to respond, found the phone and made arrangements for it to be picked up.I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a Texas get away and hope to return in the future.

I rented this home to host my twins' graduation party, and it was absolutely perfect! The property was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for our family and friends to gather comfortably, and the layout made entertaining easy.The host was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, which made planning the event stress-free. We had a fantastic stay at this property and would definitely consider returning. The host was incredibly responsive and available to answer any questions we had before and during our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free.The home was well-suited for our small family gathering, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together. One of the standout features was having multiple refrigerators available. During our stay, temperatures reached 105F, and the extra refrigerator space was extremely convenient for keeping drinks, food, and ice cold for everyone.The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only suggestion I would offer is to add a more visible sign or instructions regarding trash placement and disposal. Once we figured it out, it was not an issue, but clearer guidance for future guests would be helpful.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. Family Reunion

This was a great property to have our family function. Very clean, spacious and a lot of activities available for the guests. Good location and easy to get around to other functions in the area. I would differently use this property again and recommend to anyone.

This home was fully stocked and spacious for us. We had co workers get together for a Christmas party. Everyone had room to spread out and enjoy everything it had to offer!

Paradise!

We had a wonderful time! Tons of room and games for everyone! The backyard was like a paradise! Palm trees and an amazing pool! Tvs! And a Tiki Bar! I cannot wait to stay here again! Super clean place. The property manage was amazing to deal with also! HUGE YARD!

Unwind

This place was amazing to stay at, definitely made me relax and unwind. The outside is like a mini resort, with a tiki bar and lots of games to play with friends. I really liked how there was an outside bathroom and an outside fridge. So we didn’t have to keep on going in and out while relaxing outside. Bonus points was there was a hairdryer and Hair straightener. And I forgot my straightener, so it definitely was a life saver.

Wedding stay

My son and his groomsmen had a wonderful time and your house is beautiful. The only problem we had was the communication. I wish we had known the address earlier so my son could have put it in his wedding itinerary. Also, it would have been nice to have the entry to the house earlier (like 24 hours before check in). I had to check my email every 30 minutes to see if I got the code yet.

Pool is great

The pool was great and the main reason we booked the property. The master bedroom was ok but no mattress cover on any beds. I have had bad experiences so particular about beds and bed coverings. The guest bedroom mattress/bedding was old and wore out. The living room pictures on VRBO are not the same as any of the furniture in the living room. Outdoor space was beautiful but very dirty (country living is expected) but we had dead frogs and snake so the smell was not great. This property is beautiful just needs a little update for a vacation rental at the price per night.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We had a relaxing stay for the most part and enjoyed the many amenities the home had to offer. The Only complaint/frustration we are had is that the pool was quite chilly yet (which it did say it wasn’t heated), and the water slide, fountains, bubblers, etc weren’t working upon arrival. The owner was quick to get someone out to fix but, problem it did happen again towards end of week. Pool was also filled with leaves and debris and we couldn’t find pool skimmer so we purchased one and cleaned it ourselves. The hottub was also cold, after asking owner how to adjust I was told the pool maintenance would take care of it when they came out. When they arrived, they didn’t know how to adjust temp and said they just change filter and clean…which apparently hadn’t been done in awhile either because the water did have a slight stink to it. I ended up finally figuring it out myself, so I feel like we lost at-least 2 days of the 5 days utilizing the outdoor area. Which was the whole reason we were drawn to the property, considering we came all the way from Michigan where our winters can be quite long and brutal.

Thank you so much for the feedback! Of course the pool was quite cold, your stay was in March and the pool doesn't heat up until May. Upon your arrival on Sunday you let us know about the pool slide and fountain not working so our pool maintenance came out the very next day on Monday to get everything running again and cleaned the few leaves that were in the pool. The hot tub directions are listed in the rules and also sent to you before check-in. You must apply the defoamer and shock or it won't heat up and it does take time for the temperature to rise. I'm glad you were able to figure this out and enjoy the hot tub and pool during your stay. It was a pleasure hosting your group all the way from Michigan!
