Welcome to the Rookery III, down beautiful and peaceful Fort Morgan! This charming community has multiple resort-style pools to choose from. Beach access located 0.7 miles from the Rookery III, with long stretches of white sugar sands! Enjoy the serene setting of the private screened-porch during your stay. Enjoy the Gulf Coast at its best!

This adorable beach bungalow has plenty of room for the entire family with three bedrooms and two baths. Spacious living space furnished with large sectional couch in front of a flat screen TV. The updated, well-equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances is ready for a local seafood dish to be whipped up. The convenient washer and dryer are located here, as well. Share a meal around the dining table which comfortably seats four. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and flat screen TV with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The spacious second bedroom features a double-size bed and twin-size bed. The third bedroom features two twin-size beds. The second full bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Getting Around:
Coming from Hwy 59/Gulf Shores Pkwy turn right onto Fort Morgan Road. Follow Fort Morgan Road for 14 miles. Turn right on Pelican Way. Drive all the way down Pelican Way.

Beach access is located 0.7 miles from the Rookery III, with long stretches of white sugar sands! The area offers top rated golf courses including The Peninsula and Kiva Dunes. Six miles west from the cottage is Fort Morgan State Historic Site. Restaurants in the area include Fort Morgan Pizza, Tacky Jacks, Sassy Bass Amazin’ Grill, and if you are looking for more shopping and activities head back down Fort Morgan Road into Gulf Shores.

Guest Access:
The Rookery complex does require a parking pass for each vehicle; each parking pass is $28. Two vehicles per condo are permitted. Parking passes will be on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Fill the parking pass out completely and place it visibly on your vehicle's dashboard.

The house was very nice. Check-in, specifically getting in the house, was bumpy but got worked out. The screened in back porch was comfortable but the view was not much to speak of. Suppose its typical of most rentals, but after what feels like a premium lodging price, not a fan of the "starter" paper towel roll and limited

There were people in the room when we check in at 11:00pm They told us they over booked that night and found us a 1 bedroom place somewhere else Then the next day tried to say no one was there and we could come back
