We enjoyed our stay. It wasn’t too hard to get to the beach. However the parking is not good and the fact that they charge 100 dollars for a third car is not reasonable.

Thank you for your great rating and review of your recent stay with us. The parking fees are set by the complex owners and due to limited space, this has been the only remedy to utilizing the limited number of 3rd parking spaces the complex offers. Each cottage features designated spaces for 2 vehicles and the 3rd parking pass can only be sold on a first come basis and the amount is to help offset the budget of the complex. We hope you understand this matter is beyond our control and not our rule but the rule of the complex. We hope you will come be our guest again soon!
