Welcome to our charming modern Bohemian ADU, thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Nestled in a prime location, you'll find convenience with grocery stores and restaurants nearby, along with easy access to public transportation. It's less than half a mile from Legacy Mt. Hood Hospital and Mt. Hood Community College. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, with the allure of countless waterfalls and hiking trails in the stunning Columbia River Gorge, all within a short 15-min drive.

This cozy unit presents 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen featuring an oven range, microwave, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator. There is an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

We provide starter toiletries and kitchen essentials (paper towel, dish washer tabs, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.)

Note: The ADU is connected to the main house, with the kitchen being the only shared wall. Despite this connection, it boasts complete autonomy with its private entrance and a fenced backyard for your exclusive use. There is also a Ring surveillance camera installed on the upper right hand corner of the house for security purposes.
