This home was the perfect place for our family of 6 adults for our one night stay. We had enough room for everyone and everything was clean and neat. Very cool location. Just be aware that anyone planning to use the loft bedroom will need to be able to navigate a spiral staircase. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was excellent! The house was clean and well furnished with everything we would need for the week. The host got right back with us right away every time we reached out. The only thing we ran into was in the evening the internet would go in and out, but nothing the host could control!

The fit and finish of the house was lacking. Fresh paint and improved detail to trim items would go a long way. Bathroom doors did not latch so privacy was at a premium. Tub and shower trim needs freshened up. The house filled the need we had, for a place to sleep but leaves a lot to be desired if we intended to spend additional time in the house.

The rental was as described. The carpets were freshly vacuumed and everything felt pretty clean. The code to the door worked, but you really had to give the door a push, which we didn't know. Good communication with the rental owner. Overall, a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Even though there were many homes around it, the positioning of this one on the hill made it feel like we were in a much more secluded area, and we even had a few deer visitors in the backyard in the morning. The house was clean and comfortable with simple yet beautiful decor.

over all the stay was nice, it was as described in listing. very clean had everything you needed to make your stay more comfortable. The only thing that I did not like was the drive way and the steepness of it, other then that it was very nice.

The stay was great!! Only complaint was not crazy about the drive up to the house. I thought our roads were narrow here in Charleston lol anyway other than that everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend and stay again!
A view from main balcony.
Marrietta sunset. If only the tree tops were pruned down a bit…

Good location, good view, great price

Cozy hilltop home, nice view of the Ohio River and downtown Marietta in the winter with no leaves. The drive is steep but paved so choose an appropriate vehicle, but it’s a great place with more than enough room for 6 adults and a short drive (5-8 minutes tops) from downtown

Girls' Weekend

Everything was perfect!!! The house is secluded, but only a few minutes from downtown Marietta. We all loved how comfortable the beds were. The house is immaculate and has everything you need. I loved that all the information you need is sent at check-in and all in one place. We would like to come back and stay longer!!!
