Garden view three bedroom, three bathroom townhome with small office area. King bed in the upstairs master, queen bed in the downstairs guest bedroom and 2 fulls in the third guest bedroom. There are four televisions located in the following rooms: Living room, both guest bedrooms and the master bedroom. High speed internet for streaming. This property has a large deck upstairs with outdoor seating, large umbrellas and BBQ. Back patio off the downstairs guest bedroom also has patio seating and is fully enclosed. Washer and dryer in the home. Enclosed garage. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards are provided. Enjoy the amenities of Seabluffe: two pools, one heated year round with a hot tub, four tennis courts, four pickleball courts, half basketball court, child play area, and private stairs to the beach. The maximum occupancy is 7. WiFi only.
