Welcome to our beach getaway! Nestled on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach, this condo is located in the gated, family-friendly Horizon South Resort, and is the closest building to the beach (4min walk). It is on the second floor, which is the top floor, so no footsteps heard above, no elevator wait, and a peekaboo view of those clear, emerald waters. This fully remodeled unit comfortably accommodates 8 guests. The two bedrooms each have king bed. There are twin bunk beds built-in to the hallway (125lb weight limit each), and the living room couch has a pull-out bed that’s full-sized. The master bedroom has access to the patio, and an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is huge and has access to a full bath with shower/jacuzzi tub combo. Both bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs, with the living room TV being a ROKU TV for all your streaming needs. Stackable washer/dryer located in the unit. No galley kitchen here! Full sized kitchen with all the appliances, so you can cook that big breakfast before heading out to the beach. But first, coffee! There is a single serve Keurig for you. Just bring your favorite K-cups! There are plenty of seating options for dining. The condo has four seats at the kitchen bar, 4 tray tables, a card table with 4 chairs, and of course, the patio where you’ll have peek-a-boo views of those gulf waters! Below you’ll hear the relaxing sounds of the fountain from the turtle pond. From door to toes in the sand is only a 4 min. walk! Why wait? Book now! And remember, beach vibes only! NO PETS! NO SMOKING!



Amenities Offered by the Resort: The resort offers 4 swimming pools, of which is seasonally heated, 1 kiddie pool, a hot tub, 2 tennis courts, shuffle board courts, basketball court, and mini golf. There’s something for everyone!



Nearby Attractions: Our condo is ideally located close to popular attractions, restaurants, and shops, ensuring you can easily explore the vibrant coastal community and immerse yourself in its culture. Pier Park is a 5 minute drive East, Rosemary Beach is 10 mins West, and the baseball/softball fields are 6 mins away.

Awesome condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!! We loved the updates and upgrades (and the jacuzzi was amazing!). The favorite activity was definitely sitting on the balcony in the evenings. So relaxing!! Our family felt so comfortable and at home here -- we will definitely be back for another stay.

We are Dustin and Annalee, and we are from the metro Atlanta area. We've been vacationing to Panama City Beach for 20+ years. When we are here, we love going to the beach with our kids, collecting seashells, renting a pontoon boat to go to Shell Island for the day, and trying new restaurants. We finally decided to get a place of our own, so we could create more memories with our family. We'd like to share that opportunity with you and yours too! We would love to host you at our family condo.

Gated, tons of amenities, no elevators, second/top floor with peek-a-boo view of the Gulf, on the quieter west end of PCB, but still close to Pier Park, activities, shopping, restaurants, ball fields, and very close to Rosemary Beach.
