Great view with easy access and parking. Host was very responsive. Clean appliances and bedding, but overall could have benefitted from a deep clean- we couldn’t walk around barefoot as the floors seemed to not have been mopped for a bit. We had only one roll or toilet paper and one washcloth stocked. Advertised as sleeping 4 but the couch was also dirty/well worn and did not seem to be a pull out, nor was there additional bedding (one other flat sheet and 1 blanket throw) for another sleeping accommodation. I still believe it was fairly priced, and the the building itself was quiet
