We also have optional security locks on all doors leading to the pool area that can be utilized.

Cleaning: Guests are asked to clean the grill after use

Guests have full access to the house, garage, and all amenities, except for a locked cabinet in the laundry room and a locker inside the garage.

The pool is heated to 82-85 F degrees October through April. During unusually cold weather, it may be too cold for the pool heater to function fully. This is unfortunately out of our control.

Please note*: You are welcome to use our bikes during your visit . Due to regular wear and tear, the salt air and humidity, we cannot guarantee the number of usable bikes at the time of your visit. We regularly maintain them, but it is not guaranteed that the bikes will all be available. All riders ride at their own risk.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The home is very cozy and had everything we needed and more! The back deck and pool really made for some relaxing times with the family. The kids pool floaties were awesome and made their time in the pool that much better. TVs in every room was also a welcomed addition. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Perfect vacation home

This property was everything we were looking for. Plenty of room, clean and well decorated. The bedrooms were nice, comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms were great! There was plenty of indoor space, but honestly, we spent all of our time outside by the pool. The outdoor seating was great! The huge tv was utilized and the pool itself? Ahhh luxurious, clean and used every day. Perfectly located between downtown Sarasota and Bradenton to the north. I cant say enough about this fantastic property. Book a stay and you wont be disappointed. Thank you to the owners. You've made a wonderful getaway for your renters.

Perfect!!

What an amazing property and location! This clean, updated, and nicely appointed home is perfect in many ways. The showers are clean, every bathroom was pristine , and the kitchen is big enough to cook a gourmet meal. The pool is beautiful and outside area is private. The home has everything anyone could need while staying there including fast, clean internet connections. It was perfect.

We had an amazing stay! This home is very close to SRQ airport which we found to be convenient for our stay. We had 7 in our party, which included a teen, a tween, a medium kid, my older parents and me & my spouse. The house had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were perfect for a great nights' sleep, the mattresses, bedding and pillows were all great quality. The listing states there is a murphy bed, but I would clarify that it is a high quality fold out mattress that my tween found very comfortable.All the applicances were higher end brands and like-new condition. We loved the heated pool, especially the ability to watch movies while we swam. The deck furniture was comfortable and everyone had a spot to sit without being on top of one another.The beach accessories were also high quality, there were plenty chairs, toys, a cooler and a cart so we didn't need anything but ice, snacks and water for the cooler. Oh and the beach towels were large and great quality too! I honestly could not think of any flaws with this home. It met our expectations, and more. We were visiting family in Sarasota and will consider staying here again for our next visit!
