Breathtaking! This 3BR 2BA, in the Village of Lake Denham, will leave you speechless! Not only is paradise inside the house, but you have an amazing waterfront view while you revel in the private pool and hot tub while looking at the preserve! Cruise around on the golf cart to discover rec centers, pools, golf courses galore, and pickleball courts. The squares certainly won't disappoint with their restaurants, shopping and nightly live music.
This house is - PET FREE - NO PETS EVER - MEDICAL Exemption - Life Threatening Medical Condition if exposed - No ESA Pets - No Service Pets -
The Pool is NOT to be heated. The pool is available, but the POOL is not heated and only for use during warm months. It is not 'advertised' as a "heated" pool! The spa may "heated" to a warmer temperature, but only the spa and only while in use. If the required temperatures are not met - additional fees will be incurred to cover the excessive heating.
There are two externally facing cameras for safety purposes, one at the front door and one facing the pool on the back lanai/birdcage. These cameras may not be disabled at any time and are used for pool and landscaping monitoring.

Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Had a fantastic stay!

Our home rental could not have been any nicer. Steve was kind in communicating when we needed a bit of guidance. We're hopefully coming back, someday!

Just right

This home was beautifully done, brand new. It has everything you could need for cooking on your own. The golf cart was an added bonus and fun to explore the nearby rec centers including a fun night at McGradys at Sawgrass Grove (careful they mix the drinks strong here, nor complaining...lol) it was a little chilly on the days we were there so having instructions on how to warm up the hot tub were especially appreciated! Highly recommend!

October 2023 stay

This house is beautiful! It's situated on a large pond and we loved sitting outside in the screened in pool/hot tub area watching the birds and even the alligator. The golf cart was by far the best we have ever driven in The Villages. We were very pleased to speak to the owners regarding a few questions we had since we were the first renters of this property. They were very nice and helpful and we highly recommend this property.
