We had a fantastic stay here! Everyone from the adults to the kids enjoyed every minute. Easy check-in with thorough instructions, great set up for relaxing. The amenities at the condos were top notch! We rented beach chairs and umbrellas ahead of time from Ike’s and it made beach days perfect! Thank you so much! We can’t wait to come back!

A Definite Oasis !!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice quiet stay..... my wife and I would go walking in the morning and my son in law would already be on the beach doing some early morning fishing. We used the the beach umbrella/chair rental service every day and headed to the beach where we spent most of the day. The weather was Awesome and most importantly...... no jellyfish warning flags were flying !! We did spend some time in the lazy river and the 2 outside pools. By days end we were exhausted so we headed up to our room for more relaxation....this time in the A/C !! Our condo was very spacious and accommodating for all 7 of us that stayed there. We sat on the large balcony at night with the sea breeze blowing while we looked down at the the people walking the beach with their flashlights. All in All, We had another enjoyable experience..... Our 4th doing it at the Phoenix Oasis !! We’ll be back again next year !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo with plenty of room. The only issue we had was when we arrived, the kitchen and balcony were not cleaned well. I had to wash the coffee pot, wipe down kitchen counters, etc. We also had to wipe the balcony furniture. The rest of the condo was clean.

Great location, view & condo!

We vacationed with friends of ours and have no complaints about the condo itself. Very beautiful and cannot beat the views! Wonderful upgrades and had everything we needed. Was a great getaway spot for us. Our group had 10 people and we felt like we had enough room to spread out too. The property itself had options to keep all of us busy (adults and kids) whether it was rain or shine. We wish building management could have communicated better about what was under construction prior to our arrival. And would have been lenient about replacing our parking pass, that accidentally went missing, without penalty…But we do recommend this condo!

Condo beautiful - property too crowded

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here multiple times and found this year that the property was simply too crowded. Elevators a nightmare. Pool and lazy river well beyond capacity for safety let alone hygiene.

Sorry about your disappointment. The building and management company always strives to improve the guest experience. Hence the new amenities added just months ago. Brand new big adult pool, upgraded larger splash pad for the kids and a new restaurant/bar with plenty of seating area. Can't get much better than that.

We are a large multi generational family. We have stayed at this property for many years. There is a lot to do for all ages. Beautiful gulf views. Nice beach with convenient access to the beach. We stayed in a unit we had stayed in before. It was overall very nice. A big problem we had this year was lack of a way to communicate with host property management in a timely manner. We had a big air conditioning problem and could not get anyone on the phone. We left voicemails during business hours and sent emails which were not responded to until the next day twice. I will not stay in a unit managed by phoenix rentals again. There was no way to reach amy one in a timely way. We had to deal with 80 degree bedrooms for two nights. Other companies we have dealt with have an on call number for big problems like we had. We will likely return to the Oasis, but not in a unit managed by this company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean upon arrival and everything was exactly as the description! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely look forward to coming back. The only thing that was frustrating was the long waits for the elevators, we were on the 12th floor and had to wait for long periods of time (20 min plus) to come up from the pool or beach. That is the only complaint. It is a beautiful condo!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The large spacious patio overlooking the beach was breathtaking! The one downfall were the elevators as they took awhile but we did always have the option of the stairs as well. We will definitely be back!
