This large stylish home is the perfect oasis with large heated outdoor pool, 15 minutes to the beach and beautiful parks within walking or a few minute drive to hike, bike or canoe. With a large outdoor covered sitting area next to the pool with lounge chairs, patio set and 75 in television that connects to the open floor plan living, dining and kitchen, there is plenty of room to enjoy. A large upstairs family room with bar and tv, also has a wall size desks that is perfect for a home office filled with inspiration. A few minutes to shopping, I eclectic restaurants and grocery stores. One hour from Miami, 20 minutes to the airport and close to 95 it’s centrally located. Perfect for vacation but also with the ease of day-to-day living conveniences.
