This high-end resort style home is located on a secluded residential drive of the south brow on Petit Jean Mtn. Immaculately landscaped grounds with private hot tub and stone fire pit on the edge of the brow has 180 degree mountain, river and valley views. This beautifully scenic home has a large "one-of-a-kind" covered outdoor living area with TV, fireplace, and grill that is fully furnished and perfect for entertainment and dining. The breathtaking scenery from this home is unmatched by anything on Petit Jean Mountain. If you would like to send a booking request please include a little about yourself and the guests who will be coming to stay with us. *** PLEASE NOTE *** This is a luxury vacation home with FOUR (4) person limit per stay. A maximum of FOUR (4) people are permitted on the property at one time. Each guest must be 30 years of age or older to be on the property. Copies of driver's license for each guest must be provided before booking will be approved. Our home is intended to be similar to a "Sandals" adults only resort. We do not allow partying or events of any kind. This beautiful vacation getaway is perfect for anniversaries, honeymoons, or just a peaceful break from daily life.
Must meet with Host for check-in by calling 5 min prior to arrival so Host can meet you for check-in.

Felt like home !

The house was amazing , the view , the hot tub , all the amenities but what really made it great was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. We can’t wait to go back !

Wonderful views inside and out

We had a great stay at the Bluff Point Cottage. The home was tasteful and comfortably appointed, with a deck and outdoor area to die for. Fonda was a great host and thought of all the necessities for a great visit. Will stay again, with pleasure.

Simply the Best!

We have rented both nationally amd internationally, but Petit Mountain Bluff Point Cottage is hands-down the best place we have stayed. The pictures do not do it justice. It was well appointed, great layout, modern yet cozy. But it was the personal touches by Fonda and Brandon that really set it apart...from treats for the service dog we had with us to covering the firewood during a rainstorm. They were helpful, thoughtful, yet it felt like this was our own house. We used Petit Mountain Bluff Point Cottage as our homebase to explore the area. We often cut our excursions short so that we could come "home" to watch the sunset, enjoy the outdoor living space, have a fire, and watch the stars from the hot tub. Even the 16-year old agreed that Petit Mountain Bluff Point Cottage was the best part of the trip. You will definitely be glad you rented from Fonda and Brandon. We would love to come back again.

Amazing Location and Hospitality

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is on an amazing piece of property with stunning views and the hospitality that we received was beyond what anyone would expect. The home was CLEAN and had those little touches that added to our stay. It was just what we needed to not only relax but enjoy the nearby Petit Jean State Park. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone! We would love, love, love to stay again soon!

The best place on Petit Jean mountain

I really can't say enough good things about this place. Everything was absolutely beautiful. It could not have been better. The owner was incredibly kind and accomodating. We will be back ASAP
