This was an excellent option for two adults and our dogs. The property itself is spacious and beautiful. The inside has lots of different seating options despite being smaller in size which meant it didn’t feel cramped. The king-sized memory foam bed was EXCELLENT for sleeping, which I find is lacking in a lot of other rentals. The host was very communicative and helpful. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Very clean, comfy and a nice yard to take out our pup to do her business. Very nice and convenient location. It was nice to meet the owner, Rebecca, the first day.

Nice place. Great hosts!

So much better than a hotel. Well furnished. Hosts are attentive and keep a close eye on everything. Wildlife right outside your window, including a whitetail

Excellent Option for Anyone going to Mayo

This is a wonderful option for anyone going to Mayo Clinic. We came for cancer care for my dad and were so comfortable here! The den was a perfect place for me to set up my home office so I could work remotely while we were there for appointments. The property manager Becca was fantastic with communication and very accommodating. We met Anne and Rebecca (neighbors) and both were so lovely and helpful. Grateful to have had this home away from home while in Rochester!

Nice, but Dated

Becca's property are always very well stocked. The dwelling itself was dated and the 1 bathroom was very small. The plastic shower curtain liner could be replaced with something softer like a linen, etc. The outside property was gorgeous! I enjoyed sitting in the LR recliner looking outside at the trees and front yard. It was ok our purposes for a couple of days.

Terrific place to stay while visiting Mayo

The apartment is part of a larger building with 3 other units with permanent residents. Everyone we met was super friendly and helpful. We rarely heard noise from other units, even when windows were open. The property is large with plants, gardens and ravines and is peaceful. Short, 10-minute drive to the Mayo campus. Very convenient. The rooms were all very clean and kitchen was stocked so we could do meals at the house. I highly recommend Viola Suite!!

Disappointing

The online reviews didn't match up with what we found. The bedding had bleach spots & stains, dirty used sponge in the sink for our use as well, pet friendly...but wasn't expecting the furniture to be covered in pet hair. We had to cover couch & recliner with sheets just to sit on them so our clothes didn't pick up someone else's pet hair. Unacceptable. Sadly, we left after spending one night there.

As mentioned in our private communication, and as your referenced, in our other reviews, your experience is not typical. In the future, as mentioned in the house manual sent to you at the time of reservation and printed in the apartment, if you find anything not to your expectations please alert the host so we can try to remedy it. We are still apologetic for your experience ans hope you will give us another chance to make it right.
